Welcome to the Town of Queen Creek Human Resources Division. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service that adheres to all laws and regulations, improves quality of life, motivates employees, fosters professional development and advances individual career goals.

The Human Resource staff is responsible for a full-range of human resources consulting services, including the following:

  • Recruiting, selecting and retaining employees
  • Planning, organizing and carrying out the functions of classification, compensation, employee benefits, occupational safety and health
  • Performance management, organizational development and training
  • Employee relations
  • Compliance with all employment laws
