Municipal Court
The Town of Queen Creek does not have a municipal court system of its own. The Town of Gilbert Municipal Court serves the residents of the incorporated Town of Queen Creek as the result of an effective and cost-saving intergovernmental agreement.

The judges of the Gilbert Municipal Court serve as magistrates for the Town of Queen Creek. Gilbert Municipal Court judges have jurisdiction to adjudicate the same types of matters as those filed by citizens within the Town of Gilbert. (Note: Maricopa County island residents are not serviced by the Gilbert Municipal Court.)
