Queen Creek : Business Licenses

A business license is required to operate a business in the Town of Queen Creek. A Town-issued license allows business to be conducted only within the limits of the Town of Queen Creek. Recipients of Town Business Licenses must obey all Federal and State regulations governing the business type on the license. Issuance of a business license by the Town shall in no way be construed as permission to operate a business activity in violation of any other law or regulation to which such activity may be subject.

Business license applications are available below. To apply in person, please visit Queen Creek Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 during business hours.

Business Application Instructions

Commercial Business License - For commercial, retail or industrial businesses located in Queen Creek Town limits.
Contractor Business License - For AZ State licensed contractors doing work in Queen Creek Town limits.
Home-based Business License - For residents operating a business from their home within Queen Creek Town limits (not for unincorporated Pinal County).
Out-of-Town Businesses License - For businesses that are not located in Queen Creek, but regularly do business within the Town limits (not for licensed contractors).

*A business license fee increase was approved by the Town Council by Ordinance 457-09 and is effective as of Sept. 1, 2009.
