The Utilities Department is responsible for implementing water and sewer to Queen Creek residents and for the billing, collection and payments of the utility accounts. Utilities is located on the first floor of the Development Services Building, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. The office is closed on Fridays and holidays.

Drive Up and Drop It Off
A drive-up drop box is located just inside the south entrance of the Town of Queen Creek's municipal complex parking lot.
