Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC)

The purpose of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC) is to assist and advise Queen Creek Parks & Recreation staff. The PRAC also acts in an advisory capacity to the Town Council in the development and continuing review of goals and objectives for Queen Creek’s parks, trails and open spaces as well as recreational programs and events. In addition to an advisory role, the PRAC serves as the primary advocates for all functions of the Parks & Recreation Department.

The Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee meets at 6 p.m. in the Development Services Building - San Tan Conference Room. Regularly scheduled Parks & Recreation Advisory Committees occur quarterly on the second Tuesday of April, July, October and January. Meetings may be held more or less often, as needed.
