Event facilities are available for reservation 365 days per year from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. HPEC management may permit requests for earlier/later use. All arenas/rings are lighted.

- Imported multi-use footing mix 12" depth consistency
- Mix of silt and clay that that has gone through both a wet and dry sieve analysis
- It is a multi-purpose mixture that is suitable for all equestrian disciplines

- From a quarry in Tucson where there are no cinders
