Welcome to the Town of Queen Creek Human Resources Division, part of the Workforce & Technology Department. Our department's mission is to motivate the workforce through empowerment, education and excellent customer service.
The Human Resource staff is responsible for a full-range of human resources consulting services, including the following:
- Recruiting, selecting and retaining employees
- Planning, organizing and carrying out the functions of classification, compensation, employee benefits, occupational safety and health
- Performance management, organizational development and training
- Employee relations
- Compliance with all employment laws
