Silver Sneakers- Cardio and Flex (55+ yrs)

Silver Sneaker classes are designed to provide seniors a safe environment to exercise. Senior Stretch introduces range of motion, balance and stretch. Cardio increases heart rate through low impact motion, and sculpt and tone builds muscles while strengthening the bones. Instructor: Kristina Sherman.*Silver Sneakers will return later in 2018. Zumba

Zumba is a dance party that is guaranteed to give you a workout without feeling like a workout! Dance to hot Latin music like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and much more! Instructor: Bridget Diem (M, W, F AM). Christie Duffey (T, TH PM; SAT AM) 

HealthRHYTHMS-Women Learn Drumming for Wellness (18+ yrs)

All instruments are provided and no musical or drumming experience is necessary. Health benefits of women's group drumming include stress reduction, mood improvement, boosting the immune system, creating support, self-expression and nurturing. You will laugh, drum, relax and 'find your beat!' Don't be shy-give it a try! Instructor: SusyJeanne Manning 

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is back! Each 60 minute class incorporates cardio, resistance training, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs and lots of fun activities. Strap your child in and join us at the Desert Mountain Park basketball court every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. Instructor: Julie Breaux
*Register and pay on site. Classes are $55 a month.

Youth Yoga (8-18 yrs)

This fun and engaging class is for kids and teens ages 8-18 to develop a sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, interpersonal skills, and coordination. Come and discover the benefits of yoga in a fun, judgment free environment! Classes offered as drop-in, 5 week commitment, or 10 week commitment. Instructor: Kristen Newman


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be given to cancellations received before the end of the registration period. Please expect 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.
  • Failure to attend a program or 'no shows' will not be granted a refund.
  • Requests for refunds must be given in writing.
  • All Convenience Fees paid for online transactions are non-refundable.
