The right-of-way (ROW) is the landscaped strip of land along the Town's arterial streets for which the Town is responsible for maintaining. These areas typically have trees, shrubs, plants and irrigation systems that must be regularly maintained (called developed right-of-way). The Town is also responsible for maintaining certain areas, such as Town owned properties, alleys and roadsides that are not landscaped (called undeveloped right-of-way).
