The Utilities Department is responsible for providing water and sewer to Queen Creek residents and for the billing, collection and payments of the utility accounts.

The Town of Queen Creek is streamlining our bill payment process for payments that are mailed to the Town or processed through Bill Pay at your bank.  If you are using either of these methods to pay your utility bill, the new address to use is:  Chase Lockbox, P.O. Box 64748, Phoenix, AZ   85082-4748. The new address is reflected on the payment coupon and envelope that is included with your monthly bill.  For faster, more efficient service, please contact your bank and inform them of our new mailing address.  Thank you!
