Welcome to the Town of Queen Creek's on-line utility service. This service allows water customers to set-up a new account online. The Water Division requires advance notice of two business days to connect water service. Service connections will be processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
* Town Trash and Recycling Services begin when customers establish water services at their residential homes within the incorporated limits of Queen Creek. Existing homes are provided with one trash and one recycle cart at their residence for immediate use; carts for newly built residential homes will have the carts delivered on the date that water services are connected. The monthly fee for trash & recycling services is $16.22 and there are no other additional deposits required. If you reside in San Tan Valley, please contact your HOA to establish trash service.
To Begin New Service:
A deposit of $150 is required prior to turn on; $125 of this deposit is automatically refundable after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments. The remaining $25 is a non-refundable establishment fee.
To fill out the new service application, click here. You must provide the following information:
- Customer name, service address and mailing address
- If renting, landlord's name and phone number
- The date you wish your service to start
Once we receive your application for new service, you will be contacted by our office for payment information of the above mentioned fees. Water service will not be provided until the refundable security deposit and non-refundable establishment fee are paid in full.
Water service will not be turned on if water appears to be running inside or outside the home. Please make sure all faucets and landscaping watering systems are turned off.
