Mission
It is the mission of the Finance Department to safeguard public funds and work cost effectively to satisfy and support citizens, the Town Council and employees. The department promotes continuous improvement and employee involvement. It aims to be a source of reliable and accurate information in the preparation and monitoring of the annual Town budget.

The Finance and Administration Department prepares, monitors and researches the annual budget and capital improvements program. The department provides financial information to the public, auditors, the Town Council and the Town Manager. It is responsible for debt management, banking services and investment management. The Director of Finance and Administration also administers the Town's employee benefits, safety and workers' compensation programs.
