The Engineering Division provides in-house professional engineering services, including but not limited to, reviews of engineered project improvement plans and reports, development agreements, easements, and all other engineering related and necessary documents required for project development. Engineering ensures that projects are compliant with local, county & national engineering standards, the Town’s Zoning & Subdivision Ordinances, Town Code, as well as other statutory regulations.
Permit Technicians are trained to be your first point of contact for construction projects. They can answer many of your questions, serve as your guide throughout the approval process and help connect you with planners, plan reviewers and engineers as needed.
