Spring Brings Beautiful Weather and Exciting Events to Queen Creek

March is a busy month for the Town of Queen Creek with a variety of events and activities happening throughout the community. If you are looking for something to do this month, Queen Creek has something for everyone!

QC Food Truck Feastival | Every Friday night, 5:30-9 p.m., 21802 S. Ellsworth Road

The Queen Creek Food Truck Feastival continues every Friday night with a variety of food trucks. The event will include music, and boutique vendors. For more information, visit AZFeastivals.com.

Block Party March 3, noon - 6 p.m., Ellsworth Road in Town Center

Run, slide or jump to Queen Creek’s family friendly Block Party on March 3 from noon to 6 p.m. The event is free to attend and will be held on Ellsworth Road in Town Center. The sports-themed community event will have something for everyone, with soccer, hockey, volleyball, live entertainment, food, shopping, wing eating contest, grilling competition and other exciting sport-themed activities. There will be fees for some activities.

Ellsworth Road will be closed north of Ocotillo to Rittenhouse from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. on March 3. For more information about the event, visit QueenCreek.org/BlockParty.

FREE ABCs of Landscape Watering Workshop | March 10, 9 a.m. - noon, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road

Learn important tips for landscape watering to help save money AND resources. The workshop will be held on Saturday, March 10 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Historic Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. There is no charge to Town of Queen Creek utility customers, but registration is required. Register by visiting QueenCreek.org/WaterSmart, email ConserveTheQC@QueenCreek.org or call 480-358-3455. 

Young At Heart Health & Wellness Expo | March 14, 9 a.m. - noon, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road

The Young at Heart Expo is a free health and wellness expo for the entire community. Participants are invited to take advantage of health screenings, educational displays, information tables, lectures, community resources, and demonstrations. For more information, including sponsor/volunteer opportunities, visit QueenCreek.org/YoungAtHeart.

Roots N’ Boots Rodeo | March 15-18, 22464 E. Riggs Road

Experience one of Queen Creek’s signature events, the Roots N’ Boots Pro Rodeo and carnival. PRCA Rodeo tickets are $16 per adult general admission and $7 for children 12 and under. A Family Pack including two adult and two children general admission tickets is $40. Box seats are $24 and general admission for active military (with an ID) is $10. The carnival will be open Friday through Sunday. Presale wristbands are priced at $18 each. Parking is $5 per day, per vehicle; $10 for preferred parking, as available.

FREE Irrigation Maintenance & Repair Workshop | March 17, 9 a.m. - noon, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road

Learn how to locate and fix problems with your irrigation system including sprinklers, bubblers and drip systems. The workshop will be held on Saturday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Historic Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. There is no charge to Town of Queen Creek utility customers, but registration is required. Register by visiting QueenCreek.org/WaterSmart, email ConserveTheQC@QueenCreek.org or call 480-358-3455. 

Spring Into QC | March 24, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., 22201 S. Hawes Road

Hop on over to Desert Mountain Park for a morning of family fun! Presented by Dignity Health, the free, family friendly event will feature a color splash, live entertainment, great food, shopping, and an egg hunt for the kids. Visit QueenCreek.org/SpringintoQC for more information.
