Trash and recycling services will be impacted by the holidays for residents in Zone 2 and 3:

  • Residents in Zone 2 will be delayed until Thursday, Dec. 26 and Thursday, Jan. 2

  • Residents in Zone 3 will be delayed until Friday, Dec. 27 and Friday, Jan. 3

  • Bulk Trash- Residents in Zone 1 will be delayed until Thursday, Jan. 2

Residents will need to have their carts out by 6 a.m. on their scheduled day for service. As a reminder, bulk trash services can be scheduled online at

Queen Creek Town Offices to Close July 4

The Town of Queen Creek offices and Recreation Annex will close on Thursday, July 4 in observation of Independence Day. The closure will not impact any public safety or emergency services. If you have a water, sewer or streets emergency during the closure, please call 480-358-3131.

Trash and recycling services for residents in Zone 3 will be delayed until Friday, July 5. As a reminder, residents may schedule bulk trash services online at

Normal business hours for the Town are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday; closed Friday through Sunday. Regular business hours for the Recreation Annex are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday; closed Saturday and Sunday. The Recreation Annex is located at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road.

The Queen Creek Library will be closed on Thursday, July 4. For additional information about the Library, please visit

As a reminder, legal fireworks are only permitted within Town limits from June 24 through July 6. In addition to certain fireworks being illegal, including all fireworks that go into the air, all fireworks can cause serious burns and injuries.
