Queen Creek to Host Free Community Pancake Breakfast Nov. 16 Featuring Touch-a-Truck and Free Flu Shots

Post Date:11/08/2019 7:34 am

Wake up to “what’s cooking” in Queen Creek at the  free pancake breakfast from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the Queen Creek Historic Town Hall courtyard, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Hosted by the Queen Creek Town Council, this is an opportunity for residents to learn what’s happening in the Town and be QC neighborly while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Town representatives will share information on upcoming projects and answer questions. In addition to learning about new businesses coming to Town, upcoming roadway projects and what’s happening with your QC Fire and Medical Department, there are four additional highlights at the event:

Free Flu Shots:
Banner Ironwood is providing free flu shots for individuals over three-years old; flu shots will be administered on a first come, first serve basis.

Touch-a-Truck:
Kids and adults can peek inside the construction, utility and emergency vehicles that move dirt, dig holes, fix traffic signals and respond to emergencies.

Town Float Decorating:
Kids and adults can get creative while they help decorate the Town Council parade float in the Holiday Parade art activity area.

Delicious Refreshments:
This year’s event is generously sponsored by IHOP and Starbucks. IHOP will be providing their tasty pancakes and Starbucks will be providing their flavorful coffee.
