Trash and recycling services will be impacted by the holidays for residents in Zone 2 and 3:

  • Residents in Zone 2 will be delayed until Thursday, Dec. 26 and Thursday, Jan. 2

  • Residents in Zone 3 will be delayed until Friday, Dec. 27 and Friday, Jan. 3

  • Bulk Trash- Residents in Zone 1 will be delayed until Thursday, Jan. 2

To provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the Town of Queen Creek, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. This policy shall govern the procurement of any goods or services for or on behalf of the Town, including, but not limited to, equipment, material, supplies, services and public improvement.

No purchase shall be made without a properly authorized purchase order unless purchased with petty cash or Town procurement card.

The Town operates under a decentralized procurement program. A decentralized procurement program allows individual departments to buy goods or services with an authorized purchase order. The Procurement Office ensures that Town policies and procedures are followed by issuing and maintaining all purchase orders, assisting with formal solicitations, meeting with vendors, and offering assistance to Town Staff.

Procurement Office Location
The Procurement office is located at Municipal Services, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ  85142 and is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with the exception of holidays.
