Zumba & Zumba Gold
Zumba is a dance party that is guaranteed to give you a workout without feeling like a workout! Dance to hot Latin music like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and much more! Instructor: Bridget Diem (M, W, F AM), Christie Duffey (T, TH PM; SAT AM), Katherin Hull (Zumba Gold-T/Th PM).
Youth Yoga (6-12 yrs)
This fun and engaging class is for kids and teens ages 8-18 to develop a sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, interpersonal skills, and coordination. Come and discover the benefits of yoga in a fun, judgment free environment! Classes offered as drop-in, 5 week commitment, or 10 week commitment. Instructor: Kristen Newman
This functional, total body conditioning workout designed for moms in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Instructor: Jamie Breaux
