Most of the Health & Fitness classes are offered on a drop-in basis; read below for more information. Class dates, times and instructors are subject to change.  

Zumba

Zumba is a dance party that is guaranteed to give you a workout without feeling like a workout! Dance to hot Latin music like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and much more! Instructor: Bridget Diem (M, W, F AM). Christie Duffey (T, TH PM; SAT AM) 

Youth Yoga (8-18 yrs)

This fun and engaging class is for kids and teens ages 8-18 to develop a sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, interpersonal skills, and coordination. Come and discover the benefits of yoga in a fun, judgment free environment! Classes offered as drop-in, 5 week commitment, or 10 week commitment. Instructor: Kristen Newman


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be given to cancellations received before the end of the registration period. Please expect 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.
  • Failure to attend a program or 'no shows' will not be granted a refund.
  • Requests for refunds must be given in writing.
  • All Convenience Fees paid for online transactions are non-refundable.
