ActivStars Karate (4-15 yrs)
Our exciting and comprehensive martial art program curriculum includes the most effective self-defense techniques; and specializes in the premier A-Z Abduction Prevention and Anti-Bullying Programs.

Preschool/Kinder Karate - Lim Family Martial Arts (3-5 yrs)
Curriculum is designed around the principles of discipline, manners, etiquette, and respect. Students will learn life skills in listening, following directions, self-defense, awareness and prevention, and anti-bullying. Benefits include improvement in self-confidence, self-esteem, and more. Our instructors 10th Degree Sr. Grandmaster George Lim and 9th Degree Grandmaster Patrice Lim bring a combined 75 years teaching experience. Ongoing monthly program with opportunities to advance in belt rank.

Self Defense - Combat Hapkido
Combat Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self-protection that includes an extensive variety of joint locks, strikes, kicks, pressure points, ground survival and weapon disarming techniques. It is not "play" Karate, nor sport driven. it is enjoyable to learn and truly effective in realistic situations. It is well suited for people of all ages and sizes because physical strength and athletic abilities are not essential.

Taekwondo Olympic Style: Beginner - Intermediate (6+ yrs)
Taekwondo for youth teaches students to develop and discover skills of body, coordination, confidence, self-defense, and more through classroom participation in color belt. Forms, strength, agility exercises, sparring, and power breaking to display application of kicking and punching techniques.

Taekwondo Olympic Style: Advanced (6+ yrs)
Taekwondo advanced improves upon skills learned to date. Students focus on upgrading skills of body strength, coordination, confidence, and self-defense. Students begin learning advanced forms for promotions and are expected to learn how to lead warm-ups, exercises and Taekwondo terminology, while demonstrating martial arts courtesy and self-discipline. Students will be invited to participate in local tournaments and local Taekwondo club for enhanced level up training.

Amazing Athletes (2-6 yrs)
Action packed educational sports and fitness program that provides your child the introduction to nine different sports (soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, golf, tennis, hockey, lacrosse, and baseball) as well as fun exercises and challenging obstacle courses, to enhance your child’s gross motor development.

Multi-Sport Indoor (3.5-5 yrs)
Refine, rehearse, repeat. Multi-sport classes are the heart of Sportball programming. Coaches focus on the basic skills common to all sports such as balance, coordination, stamina and timing in a fun, supportive, non-competitive setting that emphasizes teamwork. Each class focuses on one of six different popular sports: hockey, soccer, football, baseball, basketball, and volleyball.

Parent & Child Multi-Sport Indoor (28 months-3.5 yrs)
These parent participation programs help young children to refine their motor skills, such as balance and coordination, as well as develop their social skills such as confidence, following instructions, turn-taking, and sharing.  Coaches introduce a different sport each class using developmentally appropriate games and activities. Sports include: soccer, basketball, t-ball, football, hockey, tennis, & volleyball.

Soccer & T-Ball Indoor (4-6 yrs)
Sportball Soccer & T-Ball programs introduce children to fundamental concepts of gameplay and provided the basic skills required to score with confidence in a  supportive, non-competitive environment. The first half of the program zeroes in on soccer skills, the second half of the program helps children develop t-ball skills.  Trained, certified Sportball coaches apply their dedicated instruction in fun, exciting, skills-focused games.

Sportball Junior (16 - 27 months)
Toddlers and parents/caregivers focus on physical movements and social exploration, learn fundamental sport skills and participate in creative motor games, songs, stories, bubble time, and more.  Coaches help grown-ups understand proven teaching techniques that can be applied outside of Sportball classes. Parents are encouraged to participate with their child and challenge them according to their skill level.

Soccer Shots (2-3 yrs / 3-5 yrs)
Soccer Shots is an introductory program offered to children ages 2-5. Our Soccer Shots instructors are energetic and enthusiastic teachers who love working with children. We teach soccer skills, improving balance, coordination and agility. Soccer Shots also uses the sessions to teach children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing and respect. Mighty Kicks Preschool Introductory Soccer (3-6 yrs)
The Mighty Kicks soccer experience develops coordination, confidence, and character - all with a soccer ball - one ball for every camper. Foundational soccer skills, fun activities, trained experienced coaches that reinforce learning and development.  Register at MightyKicksEastValley.net. Questions? Call 480-420-6125. Players will be divided into a 3-4 age group and a 5-6 age group with 8:1 player-to-coach ratio or better guaranteed!

The Mighty Kicks soccer experience for this age group will spend half of each session on pure technical development, one ball for every camper. The remaining time each day will be spent on teaching small group tactics (1v1, 2v1) with full participation by every player and small group games and tournaments: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3.  Activities and games are all designed to be fun and developmental at the same time. Mighty Kicks ELITE Youth Soccer (10-12 yrs)
Mighty Kicks Soccer Saturday mornings will spend ⅓ of each session in pure technical training - every player with a ball.  The middle ⅓ will be tactical (small-group tactics), with the remaining part being small-group games and tournaments. Activities and games are all designed to be fun and developmental at the same time.  Each Saturday session will include small-sided games and “technical mastery” training as well.
