CURRENT STAGE: DESIGN

Scheduled Construction Completion: Summer 2021

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project involves construction of Aldecoa Drive and Munoz Street between Ellsworth Loop Road and Ellsworth Road.  The street design will follow the adopted Town Center design standards and have on-street parking, off-street bicycle paths and sidewalks.  Raised crosswalk table intersections and crosswalks along with street furniture, knee walls, Town Center style streetlights and landscaping will build upon the nearby Ocotillo Road's design look.

CURRENT TRAFFIC IMPACT

None at this time.

Future traffic impacts are expected to be minor as the streets are extending across currently vacant land.  However, some minor impacts to QuickTrip access can be expected.

STATUS UPDATE

Design is underway and nearing 60% progress stage.  Construction efforts are expected to begin in fall 2020.

MEETING SCHEDULE

No public meetings are currently scheduled.
