This joint project with Pinal County consists of design and construction of various half street improvement segments and a full street width multi-barrel culvert crossing of Queen Creek Wash to include paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, drainage, traffic signals and street lights. Adjacent development will build the other half street as it occurs.
CURRENT TRAFFIC IMPACT
None at this time.
Expedited design of the Queen Creek Wash crossing and temporary roadway from Combs Road to the Queen Creek Wash has reached 90% development, and is under agency review. Western half street improvements from Combs Road to Queen Creek Wash and Queen Creek Road to Germann Road are scheduled to reach 60% level of design in the spring of 2020.
